A huge thank you to Steph for helping us deal with such a heartbreaking day when we had to decide to put our sweet girl Inca to sleep. Nothing quite prepares you for the day of making that ultimate decision and having Steph come to our home to remove all the stress and disruption at such short notice, made it so much easier for us, especially Inca. Having Inca’s final moments in the comfort of our home made it so much more peaceful and Steph really looked after both Inca and our needs. The service that Steph provides is so professional, respectful and personal. Although it broke our hearts to say goodbye, Steph really put both us and Inca at ease. A massive thank you Steph from both me and Ian, looking back on that day, we will be forever grateful that we had you to help us through it.
